Amish Tripathi
Amish Tripathi is a renowned Indian author, former diplomat, and broadcaster, celebrated for his contributions to Indian literature. Born in Mumbai and raised near Rourkela, Odisha, Amish has an impressive educational background, having attended The Lawrence School, Lovedale, Cathedral & John Connon School, St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai, and the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Amish Tripathi is among the fastest-selling authors in Indian publishing history, best known for his epic series, The Shiva Trilogy and the Ram Chandra Series.
His debut novel, The Immortals of Meluha (2010), marked the beginning of The Shiva Trilogy. The subsequent books, The Secret of the Nagas (2011) and The Oath of the Vayuputras (2013), solidified his reputation as a master storyteller. In 2015, he launched the Ram Chandra Series with The Scion of Ikshvaku, followed by Sita: Warrior of Mithila (2017), Raavan: The Enemy of Aryavarta (2019), and War of Lanka (2022).
