Anshula Kapoor is the Founder of Fankind, a Mumbai-based fundraising platform established in August 2019. Fankind.org aims to bring together fans, celebrities, and charities by curating unique celebrity experiences that help raise funds for various charitable causes and NGOs. One of Fankind’s notable experiences involved organizing a paintball session with superstar Varun Dhawan, which helped raise INR 13.79 lakhs for charity.

Prior to founding Fankind, Anshula Kapoor held positions in operations management and licensing & merchandising. As the Operations Manager at HRX by Hrithik Roshan from January 2015 to January 2016, she contributed to the management of various aspects of the brand. Additionally, as an Associate at Exceed Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. from January 2014 to January 2015, she focused on acquiring and managing new licensees and licensors, managing current licensing programs, and strategizing brand extensions within existing programs.

Before her ventures in the entertainment industry, Anshula Kapoor worked at Google as an Associate Account Strategist from February 2013 to July 2013. In this role, she specialized in AdWords policies for small and medium businesses (SMB) in the Asia Pacific & North America market. Her responsibilities included resolving advertiser concerns, policy and billing issues, and optimizing advertiser accounts to increase return on investment (ROI).
