Grishma Shah is a celebrity agent and talent manager who has worked for the last fifteen years with various talent and PR management companies and managed a wide range of talents across genres viz. actors, directors, music,  and sports. She has represented Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Aditya Roy Kapur, Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Aman Ali Khan, Ayaan Ali Khan, Late Pandit Ravi Shankar, Anoushka Shankar, Pankaj Advani, Vijender Singh, Sushil Kumar, Gagan Narang and various other Olympic athletes to name a few.

In a career ranging more than a decade and a half she has been a key part in conceptualization of marquee talent led Intellectual Properties and one of the world’s best dance music festivals as rated by CNN.com, also Asia’s largest dance music festival SUNBURN (2009, 2010, 2011). Other projects including Fight Night, Champions of the World, Go for Gold, Sahara India Sport Award, and Indian Television Awards. She has also represented the Indian  Boxing, Wrestling, Shooting contingent at the London 2012 Olympics.

She is a visiting faculty at India’s leading media and communication management institutes.
