Nitin Seth stands as a prominent figure in the Indian tech landscape, celebrated for his impactful contributions and leadership roles across various renowned organizations. A distinguished alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, he furthered his education by obtaining an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.

Seth commenced his illustrious career at McKinsey and Company, where he dedicated 14 years to the firm, eventually serving as the director of McKinsey’s Global Knowledge Centre in India (McKC). His tenure at McKinsey laid the groundwork for his subsequent ventures in the tech industry.

In February 2016, Seth embarked on a new chapter by joining Flipkart, one of India’s leading e-commerce giants, as the Chief People Officer. Under his leadership, he swiftly ascended to the position of Chief Administrative Officer within six months. His exceptional performance led to his appointment as the Chief Operations Officer in January 2017, coinciding with Kalyan Krishnamurthy’s assumption of the CEO role. During his tenure at Flipkart, Seth played a pivotal role in steering the company’s operations, including overseeing Ekart, Flipkart’s in-house logistics arm.

After departing from Flipkart in May 2017, Seth embarked on yet another challenging role, this time as the Managing Director and Country Head of Fidelity International, where he spearheaded offshore operations across India and Tunisia. Subsequently, in October 2017, Seth assumed the role of CEO at Incedo Inc., a distinguished engineering services company headquartered in San Francisco.

Beyond his corporate endeavors, Seth has been actively involved in shaping the Indian tech ecosystem. He served as the Chairperson of the National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) Regional Council for Haryana, contributing significantly to the formulation of progressive IT policies and infrastructure enhancements in the region. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in fostering the development of the startup ecosystem and leading industry-wide initiatives to establish strategic roadmaps for Global In-house Centers (GICs).
